By commissioning, you're agreeing to the following conditions.
General:
I reserve the right to decline commissions I'm uncomfortable with taking it due to insufficient skill level.
Payment:
Payment is due only after client approves the sketch.
(payment on bigger commissions can be adjusted to 50/50, 30/3ß/40, etc.)
Payments will be processed via PayPal invoices.
Setbacks that affect delivery time will be communicated to clients.
Any deadlines clients want met should be communicated from the start.
Rush fees are accepted.
Permissions:
Client has permission to use artwork (if so said) for social media posts etc. Just ask to make sure!
Credit isn't required when posting commissioned artworks but is appreciated.
Commissioned art may not be used for NFTs/Generative image models/ AI.
The feeding of the artwork into AI is strictly fobidden and will stay forbidden.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Clients are free to cancel their commission if no work has been done yet.
Revisions:
There are no explicit limits on the number of available revisions. However, I may charge extra if I feel they've become excessive.
Additional fees for revisions are counted seperately to any additional complexity added with those revisions.
Commercial Fee/Copyright:
Commercial fees is only factored in if the commissioned artwork is to be used in the form of merchandising/sold as digital goods.
I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork as promotion for myself.
